MODSICOPSYS is a Joint Master Programme (winner of an Erasmus Design Measure grant and under evaluation for EMJM Funding) that brings together six leading European universities from the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Germany to train Master’s students in Modelling, Simulation, and Control of Multiphysics Systems.

Project Summary

This innovative programme aims to develop advanced mathematical and engineering skills to support optimal design, real-time energy management, and the operation of multi-energy networks. The curriculum fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting the creation of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies, aligning with the EU’s goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.

  • A unique approach not covered by other Erasmus Mundus programmes.
  • A joint 3rd semester where students and researchers collaborate on high-level courses.
  • Innovative teaching methods: projects, conferences, online courses, distance experiments.
  • A 4th semester in R&D, within partner universities or industries, for innovative projects.
